About the District

Thousand Oaks Community Development District is a District that consists of two communities, Thousand Oaks and Villa Rosa (originally Sierra Bay), which consists of 101.23 acres and 15.75 acres, respectively. The total units in the two communities is 897. The District was created by the City of Riviera Beach by Ordinance No. 2968 in June, 2004, as amended by Ordinance No. 2989 in March, 2005. The District is split by Congress Avenue, north of Blue Heron Boulevard.
